Classes

Earth‘n Vessel Pottery Studio offers an outlet for creativity in a peaceful and supportive environment. We provide a well-structured program that encourages skill development, while nurturing the natural artist within. Classes are held in our fully equipped studio. Limited class size insures that each student receives individual attention. Wheel throwing classes are geared for beginners through intermediates for ages 16yrs or older. (10 week session - 8 weeks of instruction).
*Tuition for Session: $350.00
8 weeks wheel throwing classes with 10 weeks open studio time
Come once a week for your class time, plus three days out of the week of open studio time.
Clay must be purchased from the studio at an additional cost. **The cost of clay includes glazes and 2 firings for pieces measuring up to 12 inches. Tools are necessary and a starter set is available for purchase at the studio.

Open Studio Time
At Earth‘n Vessel we provide open studio time (without instruction) for students enrolled in a session. Students are free to come and go during that time. Pottery wheels will be available for use during open studio time on a first come, first serve basis. The last two weeks of open studio time is used for trimming and glazing work (no new work made during the last two weeks).
Open Studio Schedule: Tues 2-8pm, Thurs 12-4pm, Sat 12-4pm. ***
Cancellation Policy
Earth‘n Vessel reserves the right to cancel, combine, or reschedule classes in
order to adjust for enrollment. Eight is the minimum number of students
needed to run a class. If Earth‘n Vessel must cancel due to insufficient
enrollment, all registered participants will be informed and given the
opportunity to register for another class. If participants do not want to transfer,
a full refund will be given.
*NO REFUNDS AFTER CLASSES BEGIN
Cancellations 2 weeks before start of session will be refunded minus a
$50.00 registration fee.
**There is an extra cost for pieces measuring larger than 12 inches.
***In the event of severe weather or unforseen incidents, classes and open studio time will be made up when possible.
